Infectious Colitis

Do I have infectious colitis?

I have been told I have a revolving colotis infection. Is that the same as a
ulcerated colotis. I have had diarrhea for the past month. I have taken three
drugs at tonce and then I got worse now I am on three amonium ad and
hyosctamin. I have been so sick and wonder is the diarrhea form the colits?
Would appreciate andy help as what to do or even what ot eat and also how did
this come about.

You are now on three 'Imodium' and 'hyosctamin'???(not sure).

Sounds like you need to go see your doctor again.
If you had 'infectious colitis' the first drugs you were given should
have knocked it out. Apparently they did not.
'Infectious Colitis' is caused by a bacteria, and antibiotics should
have taken care of it. 'Ulcerative Colitis' is different. It is a cronic
inflammation of the colon, and the cause is unknown.

Like I said at the beginning, I didn't completely follow everything you
said, but if the diarrhea is continuing I think you need to go back and
see your doctor.
